Streaming Video*
 
Must be provided in a FLV video format. For best viewing experience we recommend video be optomised for a bit-rate between 300kb/s and 700bk/s.

Streaming Audio*
 
Must be provided in a MP3 audio format.
 
*Not all Flash Video or MP3 files play the same. We have plenty of bandwidth for hosting video however your customers/readers may not have fast internet connections. For best viewing experience we recommend video be optomised for a bit-rate between 300kb/s and 700bk/s. There are techniques you can use to down sample the videos you are provided. Things to consider to get to an optomial bit-rate are audio rate, frame rate and frame size of the video. If you have questions please contact your IPC account manager.
